Strange: Whitney Houston WHEN Whitney Houston burst on to the music scene in the mid-'80s, she was hugely talented and gorgeous. In the words of one of her hits, she really had it all.
Through the years, her battles with addictions have been well documented. But with her recent comeback album and tour, she seemed to have turned a corner.
However, internet footage of a concert in Australia this week revealed a poor-quality voice and strange on-stage behaviour.
Fans were irate. Some walked out and demanded their money back.
If it wasn't just a cold or an off-day, I'd like to think whoever encouraged Whitney to take to the road is the real villain of the piece. Not a woman who clearly still has her problems.
